I offer two programs currently. One for folks based in
the NYC area, one for folks across the globe or who have
more serious food issues.
NYC 4-Session Bootcamp:
Session One: Getting to know you, what you like
to eat, how comfortable you are with cooking, how you do
your shopping, etc.
Session Two: The Pantry Raid. Now, don't worry,
I won't throw anything out. I WILL, however, give recommendations
for when you are looking to replace items and give you ideas
for new things to try (based on what I learned in session
one).
Session Three: The Store Tour. If you dig health
food stores, cool. If you prefer a standard grocery store,
cool. If you shop Fresh Direct or Trader Joes, cool. We
will go through the shopping process together and I will
teach you what to look for or what to avoid, based on the
ingredient labels, and again, what you like to eat. We will
also discuss how to save you money when you go shopping
in the future. Getting healthier doesn't mean going broke.
Session Four: Cooking Class. This can be one-on-one
or with a group of friends. We will take a few things you
like to eat, make a few tweaks to make them heathier while
remaining delicious, and I will show you how to quickly
and easily come up with dinner.
Outside of NYC:
We will chat via phone or skype twice a month about various
topics relating to health and wellness, based on what you
are curious about from our first conversation. Please note,
first consultation is FREE.
