You know you should eat healthier, but have no idea how
to start. You spend a bajillion dollars going out to eat
every day, sometimes for all three meals. You go to the
grocery store and end up more confused by reading packaging
than when you first walked in. You pay rent or mortgage
on a kitchen that you don't use. Don't feel bad. The majority
of us are in the same boat. That's why I am here.
In my simple 4-session structure we will work on all of
these things in a simple, no-nonsense way, tailored to your
lifestyle and what YOU and your family like to eat. If you
don't like tofu, guess what...don't eat tofu. I will help
you navigate the perils of food shopping from a nutritional
standpoint, as well as introduce you to some of the issues
surrounding our food system. I will go through your kitchen
and give you recommendations towards making it a place you
actually WANT to hang in. And lastly, I will help you build
skills in the kitchen, and give you recipes, based again
on what YOU like to eat, so you can take control of your
food. All with tips on how to save time and money along
the way. ***Unfortunately, this program is currently
only available to people in the NYC-metro or outlying areas
near train stations.
I also offer a 4-Month program via phone or skype for
folks outside of NYC and for folks with other food issues.
